## Delivery Policy **Free Time** provides delivery to supported areas within **Jordan**. Our goal is to make ordering straightforward while providing clear information about delivery charges and order status. ### 1. Delivery Areas Delivery is available only to areas currently supported by Free Time. Availability is determined by the delivery area selected or entered during checkout. If an address falls outside our supported delivery areas, we may be unable to complete the delivery. ### 2. Delivery Fees Delivery fees vary according to the delivery area. Any applicable delivery charge will be calculated separately from the product total and displayed during checkout. Promotional coupons apply only to eligible product totals unless expressly stated otherwise and **do not reduce delivery fees**. ### 3. Order Processing After an order is submitted, it may pass through several stages, including: **New → Confirmed → Processing → Out for Delivery → Completed** Customers may receive notifications as their order progresses. An order may also be marked **Cancelled** where applicable. ### 4. Delivery Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate: * Recipient information * Phone number * Delivery location * Any information reasonably necessary to complete the delivery Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery. ### 5. Receiving Alcohol Orders Orders containing alcoholic beverages must be received by an adult aged **18 years or older**. Free Time or the delivery representative may request reasonable proof of age. If age eligibility cannot be confirmed, delivery may be refused. ### 6. Delivery Delays While we aim to process and deliver orders efficiently, delivery may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, location accessibility, operational circumstances, or other factors outside our reasonable control. ### 7. Failed Delivery If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, provides an incorrect address, or cannot satisfy applicable age requirements, the order may be returned or cancelled. Any subsequent delivery arrangements may be subject to applicable delivery charges. ### 8. Order Issues If your order arrives with an incorrect item, missing item, or visible damage, please contact Free Time as soon as reasonably possible and provide the relevant order information so the issue can be reviewed.
